Buffy The Vampire Slayer Funko Pop Collection part 2

So here it is! I can finally do this post as i now have the full collection.

I was looking forward to the day that i could write this post.  In all honesty, i could have gotten around to writing this post earlier as i have had the complete collection together for awhile but ya know, life happens.  So i have all the pops in this collection now and i will add anymore that get released in the future.  I am so happy to call these pops mine and when i started collecting these. i told myself that i would be happy just to get this collection and i would not worry about the rest….boy oh boy was i mistaken. I am sure that in the distant future, people will be going into rehab for funko addictions. I may or may not be among those people but i will never admit that i have a problem, so good luck to you Future Addiction Counsellor.

This glare filled pic was the best that my lazy butt could provide you right now. These beauties are in my cabinet and i didn’t want to pull them all out because as i said, i am lazy but if you look past the photo quality, you will see that these pops are the chase variants for the collection.

recent pop additions!

I got me some new pops! Another pop for my Game of Thrones Collection and half of the X-Files collection.  I reckon that the X-files pops are pretty cool.  I still have to get the smoking man and the alien to complete this set.

I also got another Harley Quinn and i am thinking that i might collect a few more of this chick.

ADDICTED!!! PFL is a distant memory

Wow! I think that i am beginning to forget my PFL- Pre Funko Life. I just want to spend every dollar that i have on my growing funko collection. I absolutely love browsing through all the different funko’s that are available and learning about them all. I only started my collection a few months ago so i feel like i have a lot of catching up to do.

I have been so busy lately browsing the net and gauging the prices of the more popular pop’s. I also had never used ebay until now so i have been learning how that all works as well.

In collecting news, i am sooooo beyond proud to say that i have collected ALL OF MY BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER POP’S! EVERY SINGLE POP IN THAT COLLECTION! YAY ME! I bought my Chase Variant Vampire Spike and went and finally bought Willow and Oz so now i feel like i have achieved something really awesome. I will work on my Buffy collection part 2 post soon and add some pics.

Today i bought a glass display cabinet to be kind to my pop vinyls. They have been shoved into the cupboard and hidden away in boxes for a little while now but today they saw the light of day. C’mon, i’ve seen Toy Story and i know that these things hate being trapped in boxes and the wrath of collectables is so not worth it! Hopefully they will be a little happier in their new home now. I admit, they look really good on display and i am keeping all my pop’s in their box. It helps to keep my collection looking neat and plus they stack up better.

Well this was just a quick up-date and i am going to get back to the chase!

Buffy The Vampire Slayer Pop Vinyl Collection part 1

Alrighty! I guess i will just start at the beginning. I first heard about pop vinyls about 3 months ago when i read an article about all the different pop culture characters that were getting created. This got me to thinking “I wonder if there is a buffy version” So i did some research aka googling and found out that there actually was and i knew that i just had to get one. I found a really big store to order through and i decided to buy 6 pop vinyls so that i could take advantage of the free shipping and also give my collection a good boost.

I found that 6 pop vinyls were also the perfect amount to fill the box that they were shipped in.

The Battleworn Buffy is a 2014 San Diego Comic Con Exclusive release. I am so happy to have her and even though there is not really too much difference between her and the normal Buffy pop, i think that she is a great addition to my collection. She just has some cuts and bruising that the standard Buffy doesn’t have.

I am a sucker for information but i can not find out how many of this version of Buffy were actually created.  I also have the Wishverse Willow and this pop is pretty cool. It is very different to the standard Willow and again, i can’t find too much info about this pop.

I think that the Gentlemen were the creepiest villains on the show. Their insanely happy expressions bring the creep factor and i think that this expression has been captured really well on this gentleman pop. By the way, the only thing creepier than one of these guys, is 3 of them…

I obviously still need a few more pop’s to be able to complete this Buffy the Vampire Slayer pop vinyl collection but it sure is exciting trying to get there. I would love to see another release of pop’s for Buffy and this time i would like to see Xander, Giles, Cordelia, Tara, Glory, Dawn and The First. Buffy’s mum would also make a cool pop! Hopefully this will happen soon!
